Restyle rental service is easy to use. Follow the steps below for how to order
Returning the goods after renting is simple. Once you receive your jewellery, you have 7 days (or agreed period) until you need to post it back to us After the end of rental period, please use the prepaid envelope and original box to pack the goods and drop it to your local Royal mail/EVRi drop off location.
As per trading standards, we sanitise all our reusable products with appropriate solutions to keep them safer to reuse. Please see a demo video in section below.
We aim to refund your deposit amount within 2 working days from date of receipt of the goods. We expect you have a lovely time renting the product from us and products are returned in good condition. If there is any exception then our customer service team member will be in touch with you and discuss next steps.
We understand each customer requirement is unique and therefore we will discuss with you rental period and costs at the time of product selection Typically products are listed with an associated renting cost on a weekly rental period excluding delivery timescales.
